Description

US M1 Carbine Pouch - 30 Round Khaki These reproduction ammunition pouches are made from a durable olive color cotton canvas. They have been stamped on the front with 'US' and have further stamping under the lid with the pouch specifications. There are two large belt loops on the back as well as two metal capped eyelets. Each pouch fastens at the front with a 'lift the dot' closure. There is a drainage eyelet at the base to help keep the contents dry. Each pouch has a internal cloth divider sewn in. This style of pouch was introduced in April 1945 and remained in use until it was phased out in the 1950s.
